Bridging the Gap in Precision Medicine

We are a transatlantic team based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Spain, building the open-source infrastructure needed to accelerate Real-World Evidence (RWE) and AI in healthcare across Europe and LATAM.

The Challenge We Solve

The deployment of artificial intelligence in healthcare is currently bottlenecked not by algorithmic capability, but by infrastructure and data interoperability. While top-tier research hubs in the US develop state-of-the-art models, clinical validation across diverse demographics (OOD validation) remains incredibly difficult due to fragmented data formats (FHIR, OMOP, DICOM) and strict privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).

At ColabBio, we solve this by building open-source infrastructure for RWE on Edge. Instead of moving sensitive patient data to the cloud, we bring the models to the data. Our transatlantic approach combines the cutting-edge methodologies of Silicon Valley with the clinical expertise and regulatory compliance of European healthcare systems.
